Banne, Nathanial
In Latin: Here are deposited the remains of Nathanial Banne, MA, first rector of this church. He was very learned in recondite literature, wonderfully adorned with Christian virtues, a most loving husband, indulgent father, a true friend and a faithful priest, orthodox in faith, illustrious in practice, at last a real Nathanial, a true Israelite. He died 9 September, 1736 AD, in the 65th year of his age.
